  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@led2urhome.store within 14 days of delivery.

2. Returns

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Returned within 14 days of notifying us.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or sent in error).

4. Faulty or Damaged Item

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • We will cover the cost of return postage and provide either a replacement or full refund.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you require a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
